2. Payments

Payments must be made according to agreed milestones or invoices. All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Primocys until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate requirements and timely feedback. Delays caused due to client-side issues are not the responsibility of Primocys.

5. Limitation of Liability

Primocys shall not be liable for indirect damages, third-party service failures, or data loss caused by external factors.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of project-related information unless required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

8. Amendments

Primocys reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
