Cancellation Policy

Primocys is a technology services company providing digital solutions including mobile application development, web development, software consulting, UI/UX design, and related IT services.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email to Primocys. The request must include the project name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.

• If cancellation is requested before commencement of work, Primocys may consider partial or full cancellation at its discretion.
• Once the project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or work has begun, cancellation will not be permitted.

2. Cancellation by Primocys

Primocys reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in the event of non-payment, breach of terms, lack of cooperation, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation does not absolve the client from payment obligations for work already completed. All cancellation decisions made by Primocys shall be final.
