Refund Policy
Primocys provides customized digital and software development services. Due to the nature of these services, refund policies are strictly governed as outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances:
- If services have not been initiated after payment
- Duplicate or excess payment made by the client
- Billing errors caused by technical issues
2. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments made towards advance fees, milestone payments, or work-in-progress services are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank charges and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
Primocys reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after internal review.
